The Understanding about Psychodrama based on J. L. Moreno's Original Work

Abstract

|
This paper aims to understand precisely historical background of foundation and concepts of the original Psychodrama of J. L. Moreno, the founder of Psychodrama. It has been forty five years since Psychodrama was introduced into Korea, but as immediate research of Moreno has not been attempted, Moreno's Psychodrama has been settled differently in Korea. In the introduction of this paper, I described the historical background that Moreno had founded Psychodrama. In body, I transferred many concepts that Moreno had introduced into psychotherapy, as immediately possible as he said and by five categories. The first category is about interpersonal relation among people, the second is about introducing situation into therapy, the third is about incarnation of mind with role and acting, and the fifth is about creating by method of synthesis. And in conclusion, I pointed out shortly how Moreno's Psychodrama has been settled in Korea.
